The best place for facials in Zürich! I love the spa 🥰 and I'm a happy member! I really recommend the treatments which transformed my skin as well as the body treatments (I love the sauna egg!) I have nothing but good words and great results!

Michael gives the best happy endings He was pushy to sell his device but after understanding I would get more happy endings included in the package i couldn't say no

The service and facial treatment was excellent. The technician explained everything very clearly and afterwards my skin was much softer and glowing. I highly recommend Iconique spa for all your facial needs.

Polina is always doing a fantastic job, applying the newest techiques and products, and on top is continuously educating herself in the dermatological medical space. Very knowledgeable and makes you feel very welcome and heard. They are great hosts, offering coffee, water or their own wine while you wait, remembering your name and being flexible. Would recommend despite being pricey.

Hoping the business sees this and returns my calls. I am on a monthly subscription (for 24 months) and prepaid for my facial last Monday. Showed up for my appointment and the business was closed. So far there has been no response to my calls or messages. Had good experiences for the first 4 facials but this past appointment is a disappointment to say the least. EDITED: The business was quick to rectify the situation after I called this week and found an appointment in the same week. They advised that the building buzzer malfunctioned so they did not hear it. Happy that it's resolved and I will continue to see Paulina, who gives great facials.
