How PLIM Works

PLIM’s concierge can help you sign up to the PLIM Marketplace, get pre-approved credit, and complete your BNPL application. Support is available across all major steps of the user journey, ensuring a smooth and guided experience

Customers can request concierge services by filling out the form available on the sign-up page or by navigating to Discover > Service > Concierge. You’ll need to enter your name, email, and phone number, after which our concierge team will contact you within 2–3 business days.

No, PLIM does not finance training courses. We only finance Aesthetic treatments. .

Our system will send you repeated reminders about your upcoming installment payment. Missing the same can raise a red flag in our system. However, we do attempt recollection, and send out reminder emails to the customers if the set payment has not been received.

Once you pay the deposit and activate your BNPL, all your payment details with due dates will be displayed on your dashboard. You will also receive reminder emails from us before your payment is due.

- Log into the PLIM dashboard, using the credentials that you used to sign up.
- Select MY BNPLs on the right top corner
- Select the invite you want to respond to
- You can either reject or accept the invitation.

Once the deposit is paid, PLIM cannot refund the amount as the entire treatment amount is paid by PLIM to your clinic.

Once the clinic invitation is accepted and the deposit is paid, the subscription cannot be canceled as the entire amount is paid by PLIM to your clinic.

The payment date cannot be changed. The billing cycle date is set when you pay the deposit for your treatment.

PLIM Plan once chosen cannot be changed. Customers are required to carefully select the PLIM plan while making an application.

You can start your treatment once you have accepted the BNPL invite, completed the soft credit check and paid the required deposit.

Eligibility for different PLIM plans:

• For treatments between CHF500 to CHF3,000 - PLIM 1 / PLIM 3
• For treatments between CHF3,001 to CHF6,000 - PLIM 1 / PLIM 3 / PLIM 6
• For treatments between CHF6,001 to CHF12,000 - PLIM 1 / PLIM 3 / PLIM 6/ PLIM 8
• For treatments greater than CHF12,001 and above- PLIM 1 / PLIM 3 / PLIM 6 / PLIM 8/ PLIM 12

PLIM offers the following payment plans with 25% upfront deposits (50% for PLIM 1):

• PLIM 1 : Customer pays the remaining 50% in the following month
• PLIM 3 : Customer pays the remaining 75% from the next month onwards for 3 successive months
• PLIM 6 : Customers pay the remaining 75% from the next month onwards for 6 successive months
• PLIM 8 : Customers pay the remaining 75% from the next month onwards for 8 successive months
• PLIM 12: Customers pay the remaining 75% from the next month onwards for 12 successive months

To avail PLIM finance you need to make a BNPL application by selecting a payment plan that suits you best. Once your BNPL application is approved you can start your journey by:
1. Paying a 25% deposit of the total treatment amount, to initiate your PLIM finance journey.
(PLIM 1- 50% deposit , PLIM 3,6,8 and 12 - 25% deposit)
2. Paying a CHF50 administrative charge (includes VAT)
