Trang personalizes each facial based on how your skin looks the day of your appointment. She’s incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience relaxing. She really takes the time to understand what your skin needs, then carefully cleanses and treats it so your skin is glowing by the end. I’ve truly noticed a difference in my skin since getting a facial from Trang.

I was with Trang today and the treatment was amazing. I had a deep relaxing time and my facial skin looks and feels wonderful. Trang was patient friendly and her hands were very soothing. I had a wonderful time.<br>Thank you so much.

I found them through an online offer and, especially after seeing some negative reviews, I was honestly quite sceptical at first. I decided to book an appointment anyway, and after my first treatment I quickly realised that the team is actually very professional and well qualified (I have been to many different places before and really saw the difference).<br><br>After that, I felt comfortable enough to buy a package of treatments. Now that I’ve had my 6th treatment, I can truly say I don’t regret it at all. I’m very happy with the results and can see a clear improvement. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always make you feel comfortable.<br><br>I’m only writing this review now because I really wanted to see for myself that what was promised actually happened. Overall, it’s been a really positive experience, and I’m glad I gave it a chanc 🙌

I spend a realy nice relax under hands of Julia today. I am sure my face will thank me later for my decision to come to Opatra London in Zürich. I met a profesional who gave me advices for future how to treat my skín and I highly recomend services of Julia to everybody who would like to pamper her face 😉 Will comeback for sure. 👍🏻

Even though I was a bit late, I was welcomed and made to feel comfortable.<br>It is my first time at Opatra and I had my treatment with Julia who was extremely professional and friendly. I am absolutely grateful she was the one that took my booking as she explained everything as well as providing me with solutions without making me feel like she was selling products, but really that she cares about the best outcome for my skin.<br><br>As I have tried other places in Zh, I know for sure that I will be back here for<br>Myself and also for a girls' day out.<br><br>Thank you for my glowing skin🙏🏼
