Understanding the callback section

On the left panel of the PLIM dashboard, you'll find the "Call Back" section. This area presents a comprehensive list of customers who have requested a callback from the PLIM marketplace. It includes their full name, contact number, email ID, and the specific treatment or course they are inquiring about.

Managing Callback Requests

After contacting customers, you have the option to mark the callback as "done." Additionally, there's a convenient "undo" option, providing flexibility in managing the callback status.

Quick Conversion to BNPL

Once the callback is marked as done, you'll see a quick option to "Send BNPL." Clicking on this option generates a pre-filled form with all relevant information. This includes details of the treatment, allowing you to edit if necessary, add quantity, price, and remarks. This streamlined process eliminates the need to re-enter information, ensuring efficiency in converting callbacks to BNPL transactions.
